Please, someone help me with this one, because I'm going crazy. From my point of view, EA is denying me access to a service that I paid for.
But I haven't agreed to any ToS when I clicked that "explore EA Play" button in Game Pass app on Windows. Support gave me only some blah blah about ToS and so. If so, why he can play that NFS Heat on Xbox One, but not on Windows 11? JUST WHY, EA. I'm just looking for a confirmation that this is really the case. They said that this is NORMAL for child accounts! And I only have to wait untill he turns 15 or 16 years old and then he will be able to play the game.
